Every cake that comes out of our shop is made to order from scratch utilizing only the Freshest and Highest Quality ingredients available. We also try to support the farming community by using local ingredients and even our premium white chocolate rolled fondant is made by hand completely from scratch………

Vanilla Bean Butter Cake
This is one of our tried and true classics. Vanilla Bean and Pure Vanilla Extract, Butter, Eggs and Sour Cream. This is often served with the classic Swiss meringue buttercream and fresh berry filling.
Lemon Poppy Seed
Lemon poppy pound with your choice of fillings and frostings. This is great with our fresh zesty lemon curd and Swiss meringue buttercream.
Pink Champagne cake drizzled with peach schnapps syrup, layered with peach filling, then covered with smooth Swiss vanilla buttercream.
Dark Chocolate Fudge
Dark chocolate, butter, sour cream and espresso liqueur. It is best served filled with our handmade raspberry filling and frosted with either our dark chocolate or milk chocolate frosting.
Vanilla and Chocolate Marble
Our vanilla butter cake and our dark chocolate fudge swirled to create a happy medium between vanilla and chocolate. This cake can be coupled with a number of frostings and fillings.
Classic Buttermilk Cake
Light and fluffy…This cake is super moist and good with just about and filling and flavor combination. We recommend the strawberry cream cheese filling.
Southern Style Red Velvet Cake
A southern classic; this decadent cake has a buttermilk base with a dab of cocoa and our signature cream cheese frosting. Many of our clients tell us our Red Velvet is the best they’ve ever had.
Tiramisu Cake with Mocha Frosting
Kahluah Liqueur, butter, sour cream, cocoa, dark chocolate and cinnamon. We recommend the mocha frosting, which is made from butter, dark chocolate, cocoa, espresso and pure vanilla extract.
Coconut Cake with Zesty Lime Curd
Fresh coconut and coconut milk, butter, coconut liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice and lime zest with the option of fresh toasted coconut shavings.
Chocolate Fudge Cake with Salted Caramel Frosting & Dark Chocolate Ganache
This cake scored 5 stars in the Colorado Chocolate Festival for taste and texture! It’s become a HUGE hit as of lately! We combine our signature chocolate fudge cake filled with our in-house rich dark chocolate ganache and fresh made salted caramel buttercream. We top it off with our fresh in-house vanilla caramel sauce and sea salt for a kick.
Cookies & Cream Milkshake
This year our cupcakes made with this recipe won “The 2012 Colorado Chocolate Festival’s Best Cupcake in Taste, Texture & Design.” We take crushed cookie crumbles and blend them into our scratch devil’s food chocolate cake batter. Then the cake is topped with our white chocolate cookies and cream ganache, a quick swipe of milk chocolate ganache, and then topped off with our cookies and cream buttercream frosting.
